Grammy Award-winner (“Best Traditional Gospel Album”) Patty Griffin joins forces with famed Nickel Creek performer Sara Watkins and Vermont native Anaïs Mitchell in a spectacular “singers-in-the-round” celebration of traditional American songwriting and performance. Griffin is exalted for her stripped-down songs, which have been recorded by Emmy Lou Harris, Bette Midler, Ellis Paul, Rory Block, and the Dixie Chicks, to name but a few. Singer and multi-instrumentalist Sara Watkins has established an extraordinary solo career including collaborations with artists such as John Mayer and The Decemberists and has made frequent appearances on A Prairie Home Companion. Vermont native Anaïs Mitchell has been compared to Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen and Gillian Welch, and is widely recognized as a unique and impressive young voice in the resurging American folk movement.
The “Use Your Voice Tour” is also a voter engagement drive, in collaboration with The League of Women Voters.

“[Watkins is] a consummate performer, adding both depth and rigour to a blend of bluegrass and fine contemporary songwriting.” – BBC Music
“Currently a well-kept secret, [Anaïs] Mitchell is writing material that stands comparison with the great singer-songwriters of the past few decades.” – Daily Telegraph
